Villa is a luxurious 5-star villa built in a Dalmatian style with a stone facade. It has two separate bedrooms each with a double bed, as well as a double bed on the gallery. There are 2 bathrooms.

In total, the property can accommodate 6-8 persons.

The villa has a large terrace with private heated pool of 24m², covered seating and barbecue, high quality garden furniture, sunbeds and umbrellas.

The view to the open sea and the islands of Brac and Hvar is breathtaking, in the background, the Biokovo mountain ranges up to 1.762m.

The living space is 210m² and all areas are fully air conditioned. For cooler seasons there is a fireplace in the living room and floor heating throughout the house. Parking for several cars is reserved directly in front of the house on our own property only for our guests.

On the ground floor of the house is a living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 8 people, a bathroom with shower and WC, as well as the exit to the terrace. On the 1st floor are two bedrooms, one bathroom and the terrace with a fantastic sea view. On the gallery you will find another bedroom with a double bed and a sofa which can be used as sleeping-sofa for 2 persons.
