Apartment house, first row to the sea in a small town on the Omis Riviera.

The house consists of a ground floor with a kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom, from which you come out to a spacious terrace with barbecue grill.

On the first and second floor of the house there are two one-bedroom apartments, while on the third floor there is a large two-bedroom apartment with a large terrace with panoramic view of the sea and the islands.

There are 120 stairs leading down to the beach. There is also a small cottage 10 m from the beach that the owner uses as a storage facility, and a mooring for the boat.
