The design of a modern villa that will offer a wellness center and a swimming pool is under construction. In the current phase of work, the excavations for the construction have already been completed. It will be located in a quiet part of Primošten, just 300 m from the sea and less than a kilometer from the beach and the city center.

The property will consist of two floors. On the ground floor there will be a garage, engine room, biological regeneration (with toilet and shower), kitchen with dining room, living room and toilet. A summer kitchen and a swimming pool are planned in the yard. An internal staircase will lead to the first floor, where there will be four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and wardrobe, a utility room and a hall. From the master bedroom you will have access to a spacious, outdoor terrace with an area of 22 m2.

The highest quality materials and equipment will be used during the construction and furnishing of the villa. The entire villa will have floor heating with a heat pump, a separate cooling system, solar collectors for hot water and an electric car charging station in the garage.

The planned date of commissioning the facility is the summer season of 2024.
