The house is situated in one of the most beautiful coves of Makarska Rivijera that has a beach with very fine pebbles that almost turn into sand at places and the cove is rich with freshwater springs. It is a house ideal for tourism, with the area of 350 m2 on 5 floors. It was built in 2003. On the ground floor there is a garage. On the 1st floor there is a one bedroom apartment with terrace, garden and a fire place. On the 2nd floor there are two double-bed apartments (bedroom, kitchen with dinning area and a bathroom) with a large terrace of 50 m2. The 3rd floor has two double-bed apartments (bedroom, kitchen with dinning area and a bathroom) with loggias. On the 4th floor there is a large three-bedroom apartment (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with dinning room, hallway and 2 balconies). Apartments are fully furnished and air-conditioned. There is an amazing seaview from every apartment and the most beautiful pebble beach righ in front of the house. There is ample parking space for all apartments and the max capacity of the house is 21 people.
