Fully renovated semi-detached house, located on Ciovo island, just 190 from the sea. Located on the southern part of the island, this property is situated in a cul-de-sac and consists of a ground floor and 1st and has a big storage unit under the ground floor terrace.  In total, both floors have 44 m2 of living area, with an additional 23 m2 of outdoor area, which includes a partially covered terrace with a seating area and an uncovered terrace.  

On the ground floor, there is a living room area with a nicely furnished kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower in the bottom of the floor. There are 2 entrances from the outdoor area to the house, one on each side of the ground floor.  Both floors are connected with an indoor stairwell, leading to the 1st floor, where we are greeted with 2 bedrooms and a small toilet. From the right-side bedroom, there is a nice and partial sea view.  There is also a partial sea view from the ground floor terrace and since the orientation is southeast, there is more sunlight throughout the morning and midday, which gives out nice sunrises.  This part of the house was fully renovated in 2023. It is a nice, cozy property, easy to maintain since it’s not very big and provides a lot of peace and relaxation during the whole day.

The closest beach is just a few minutes away, while the small center of Okrug is approximately 2 min away by car.
