Croatia - Middle Dalmatia
Marina

A detached family house located on a small slope in Marina, overlooking the bay. It is the last house in the area, so it provides more privacy.

The house itself consists of 2 floors and an attic. On the bottom floor is an unfinished space, with a total size of 13 m2. There are two compartments that can be used as additional space for an apartment, storage or even a recreational space.
In front is an outdoor terrace and a swimming pool, overlooking the area.

On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an open-space living room, dining room and kitchen, with a total size of 48 m2. From there, there is an exit toward a spacious balcony of almost 22 m2, that offers an even better sea view.
The attic space is currently not used, but there is a possibility of using the space in the future after some renovations, thus expanding the housing possibility.

Location of the house is nice and peaceful, close to the sea and amenities. It can be a nice vacation home or even a rental property to gain additional income. Trogir is 20 min away while the airport is 25 min away by car.
