Villa is a luxurious 5-star villa built in a Dalmatian style with a stone facade. It has two separate bedrooms each with a double bed, as well as a double bed on the gallery. There are 3 bathrooms.

Furthermore, Villa  offers you a separate living-apartment (separated from the house) including living room, sleeping sofa for 2 persons, kitchen and private bathroom.

In total, the property  can accommodate 6-8 persons.

The villa has a large terrace with private heated pool of 24m², covered seating and barbecue, high quality garden furniture, sunbeds and umbrellas.

The view to the open sea and the islands of Brac and Hvar is breathtaking, in the background, the Biokovo mountain ranges up to 1.762m.

The living space is 220m² and all areas are fully air conditioned. For cooler seasons there is a fireplace in the living room and floor heating throughout the house. Parking for several cars is reserved directly in front of the house on our own property only for our guests.

On the ground floor of the house is a spacious living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 8 people, a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as the exit to the terrace.

On the 1st floor are two bedrooms, one bathroom and the terrace with a fantastic sea view. On the gallery you will find another bedroom with a double bed. In the basement there is the wine cellar and a generous Konoba where we offer you a large assortment of top Croatian wines at no extra charge! The Konoba includes a fully equipped kitchen, as well as seating for 30 people, its own fireplace which can also be used as a barbecue. There is also a bathroom with shower, WC and tumble dryer.

Detached house is located 3m behind the house and has comfort for 2 persons: a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet and washing machine.
