The house is located on the mainland, not far from Klek, near the entrance to the new bridge leading to Peljesac.

It is located in the center of a small town, a few meters from the pebble beach. It consists of two floors, has a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

There are several terraces on each floor facing the sea, all of which offer a beautiful view of the bay and the sea.

The house needs some minor modernization, repainting of the facade, while the inside is in good condition.

In the immediate vicinity of this town is the entrance to the new bridge to Peljesac, which will certainly contribute to the popularization of this area.
